BSB s.a.s. was founded in 2006 with the primary aim of developing and marketing industrial automation software for the plastics processing sector.

BSB has been operating in the blow moulding machine sector for many years, providing advanced solutions for the electronic upgrading and regeneration of production plants.

Our mission is simple: to give new life to blow moulding machines equipped with obsolete control electronics, improving efficiency and reducing time and costs by replacing the PLC control system.

Thanks to the experience we have gained in over 35 years in the sector and constant investment in research and development, we are able to work on blow moulding plants of any brand and model, working with the customer to find the best solution for their production and economic needs.

Consultancy

We analyse each plant to identify the best retrofit solutions in order to optimise costs and work completion times, thereby meeting the customer’s production requirements.

Technical support

BSB supports the customer throughout every stage of the retrofit process, starting with discussions with the customer to understand their needs, moving on to installation and finally testing and commissioning the system, providing the necessary training in the use of the new software to machine operators.

Customer service

We are committed to providing rapid on-site and remote assistance for diagnosing and resolving problems, reducing machine downtime and operating costs.

Staff training

During the installation of our retrofits, training is provided for operators and maintenance personnel directly while the work is being carried out. This is a learning method designed to help those who work on the machines to use the updated systems and the PSB (Performing Software Blowmoulding) software application correctly.
