class=\"w-text-value\">Compatibility with different types of machines<\/span><\/span><\/h3><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Back in 2017, BSB had already developed software that could be applied to most blow moulding machines of any brand and model on the market, with just a few software code integrations.<\/p>\n<p>Based on this initial idea, we developed PSB (Performing Software Blowmoulding) using a MOOG MC600 Plus Series PLC with Quad Core CPU operating in a Codesys environment, \u201copen\u201d to communication via Ethercat with third-party suppliers and integrating an \u201cOPC UA Server\u201d that allows access to key management data (MES) on specific requests from the end customer.<\/p>\n<p>The operator interface video pages have been created to make the system immediately easy to use, using a series of graphic \u2018icons\u2019 specially created on the model of currently used smartphones.<\/p>\n<p>Production process information is collected on the most commonly used pages in a simple and immediate manner, avoiding the dispersion of the various machine parameters and wasting time searching for them by the operator.<\/p>\n<p>The platform allows real-time monitoring of each stage of the production process and rapid and effective intervention in the event of anomalies via an alarm history.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
